RESOLUTION: 1) APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH TENERA ENVIRONMENTAL TO CONDUCT A MARINE RESOURCE ASSESSMENT AT THE JAMES T. FITZGERALD MARINE RESERVE; AND 2) AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AGENCY TO EXECUTE MINOR AMENDMENTS TO THE CONTRACT

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance of an Agreement, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars in Attachment A, whereby Tenera Environmental shall conduct a Resource Assessment of the Reserve for the Parks and Recreation Division for an amount not to exceed $139,837; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with this Agreement and has examined and approved it as to both form and content and desires to enter into this Agreement;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of the Board shall attest to the President's signature thereto; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Environmental Services Agency is hereby authorized to execute minor amendments up to an aggregate of $25,000 for the term of the agreement.
