RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT OF CONTRACT WITH MBA OF CALIFORNIA, INC FOR COPY MACHINES

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance a request to amend the copy contract with MBA of California, Inc., said contract approved by the Board of Supervisors on May 23rd, 2000, set forth in Resolution No. 63619; and

WHEREAS, approval of this amendment will extend the Agreement for an additional two years with a price schedule reduced by ten (10%) percent over the pricing schedule in the original Agreement; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such amendment and said Board has examined and approved same as to both form and content, and desire to enter into same;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized and directed to execute the amendment to the contract with MBA of California, Inc. for and on behalf of San Mateo County.
