RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF

A CONTRACT WITH J & J VENDING. INC.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance a request to authorize the Purchasing Agent to enter into an agreement with J & J Vending, Inc. for vending machine services for a three year period, with two additional years at the County's sole option; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such contract and said Board has examined and approved same as to both form and content, and desire to enter into same;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized and directed to execute the contract with J & J Vending, Inc. for and on behalf of San Mateo County.
