AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 04125

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Part 12 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

ORGANIZATION 68500 CLINICS

1.

Item E089, Administrative Assistant II, is decreased by 2 positions for a new total of 2 positions.

2.

Item F012, Charge Nurse, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 8 positions.

3.

Item D036, Clinics Manager, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 5 positions.

4.

Item E413, Lead Patient Services Assistant, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 6 positions.

5.

Item F039S, Patient Care series, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 112 positions.

6.

Item E415, Patient Services Supervisor, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 7 positions.

7.

Item F127S, Supervising Physician series, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 6 positions.

SECTION 2. This ordinance is effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption.
