FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN

THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND SOUTHTECH SYSTEMS, INC.

FOR SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES

 

    WHEREAS, SouthTech Systems, Inc. (hereafter "SouthTech") and the County of San Mateo (hereafter "County") entered into an agreement (hereafter "Agreement") for software implementation and programming services on October 22, 2002, for the period October 23, 2002 through October 22, 2005, in an amount not to exceed $652,321; and

 

    WHEREAS, the parties now desire to amend the Agreement's statement of work to provide for additional customized software programming according to revised deadlines, as set forth in documents specified in Paragraph 1, below, for an additional fee not to exceed $59,200; and

 

    WHEREFORE, the parties agree as follows that the Agreement shall be amended as follows:

The existing "Schedule A - Statement of Work" is amended to append and include: (a) the two-page document entitled, "Grantor/Grantee and Cashiering Systems EXHIBIT A-Change Order Details [June 17, 2003];" and the one-page fixed price rate quote document entitled, "System Implementation Project [June 17, 2003];" which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

   

2.

In all other respects, the contract as amended remains in full force and effect.
