RECOMMENDATION | |||
That the Board of Supervisors: | |||
1. |
Find that the request is consistent with the County General Plan, the Planned Agricultural District/Coastal Development District, the California Land Conservation Act, and Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 44396, relating to the implementation of the California Land Conservation Act in San Mateo County. | ||
2. |
Adopt a resolution to establish the subject property as an agricultural preserve and execute a California Land Conservation Contract regarding the subject property. | ||

The applicant is requesting a Class A Agricultural Preserve for 13 parcels totaling 141 acres in the Planned Agricultural District/Coastal Development District. | |||
SUMMARY | |||
The Planning Commission has reviewed this application at a public hearing on May 14, 2003 and found the request in conformance with the General Plan and Agricultural Preserve requirements. The Planning Commission recommends the establishment of the requested Class A Agricultural Preserve. | |||
