Resolution Authorizing Acceptance of a Dedication of a Public Utility Easement –
PLN 2001 – 00038 – 535 Summit Drive – Redwood City

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the County of San Mateo, State of California, recommends that the Public Utility Easement, as shown on the attached subdivision map entitled Tract No. 5927 – Summit Jewel, San Mateo County, California, and offered for dedication to the public be accepted; and

WHEREAS, this Board finds that said easement is necessary for present and prospective public use; and

WHEREAS, this Board desires to accept said easement.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the dedication of the Public Utility Easement, as shown on and within said final map, is hereby accepted and the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized and directed to execute the appropriate certificate on said map and cause the map to be filed for record.
