RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND RICHARD STUART FOR OFFICE SPACE AT 680 WARREN STREET, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA (LEASE NO. 1200)

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

 

WHEREAS, on December 9, 1997 the County of San Mateo and Richard Stuart entered into an agreement for the lease of office space for property located at 680 Warren Street, Redwood City, California and as amended on April 25, 2000; and

 

WHEREAS, the parties now wish to further amend that agreement; and

 

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such Second Amendment to Lease and said Board, having examined and approved the amendment as to both form and content, desires to enter into the Second Amendment to Lease:

 

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED

1. That the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Second Amendment for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President's signature thereto.

2. That the Assistant County Manager is hereby authorized to accept or execute on behalf of the County, any and all amendments, options, notices, consents, terminations, approvals and documents in connection with this Second Amendment to Lease and the Lease.
