RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COUNTY'S DEFERRED COMPENSATION INVESTMENT POLICY TO INCORPORATE LEGISLATIVE AND FUND
REVIEW CHANGES.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the County adopted an Investment Policy in 2001 to summarize how Deferred Compensation Plan investments will be monitored and evaluated; and

WHEREAS, regulatory and fund review changes have been introduced since the initial Policy was adopted; and

WHEREAS, the County's two Deferred Compensation Plan Administrators (Hartford and National Deferred) have worked with the County's Labor-Management Deferred Compensation Committee and modified the Investment Policy to incorporate the changes; and

WHEREAS, the Deferred Compensation Committee recommends the amendment of the Investment Policy to incorporate these changes;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President and this Board of Supervisors hereby approve the County's Deferred Compensation Investment Policy, as amended, for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo.
