Please take notice that the President of the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, acting pursuant to the authority of Government Code '54956, hereby calls a special meeting of the Board of Supervisors to take place on Thursday, July 24, 2003, at 9:00 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors chambers, located at 400 County Center, Redwood City, California 94063. | |
The special meeting is for the purpose of discussing and transacting the following business: | |

Adopt a resolution (066168) authorizing the County Manager to enter into contracts not to exceed $5,000,000 for the 90-day interim operation of the Burlingame HealthCare Center. |
2. |
Approve an Appropriation Transfer Request (ATR) (066169) for the San Mateo Medical Center in the amount of $5,000,000, increasing Other Financing Sources from the Capital Reserve Fund and Available Fund Balance, and appropriating funds in Services and Supplies and Fixed Assets for the 90-day interim operation of the Burlingame HealthCare Center. |
