AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 04184

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Part 12 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

ORGANIZATION 15000 TAX COLLECTOR-TREASURER'S OFFICE

The salary for Item A054, Tax Collector-Treasurer, is increased by 5% to range 6048.

ORGANIZATION 16000 COUNTY COUNSEL'S OFFICE

1.

Item B039S, Deputy County Counsel - unclassified series, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 19 positions.

ORGANIZATION 30000 SHERIFF'S OFFICE

1.

Item E030S, Accountant series, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 0 positions.

Item E346S, Fiscal Office Assistant series, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 5 positions.

3.

Item E350, Fiscal Office Specialist, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 2 positions.

4.

Item E534, Fiscal Office Service Supervisor, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 1 position.

Item E416S, Medical Office Assistant series, is decreased by 4 positions for a new total of 20 positions.

Item F009S, Patient Care series, is increased by 3 positions for a new total of 538 positions.

7.

Item F116S, Psychologist series, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 1 position.

8.

Item F122S, Physician series, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 30 positions.

SECTION 2. Part Organization 15000 of this ordinance is effective at the start of the first pay period following adoption. All other parts of this ordinance are effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption.
