An Ordinance Adding Section 7.24.870 and 7.24.880 to the San Mateo County Ordinance Code Establishing Time Limited Parking Zones on a Portion of Charter Street - North Fair Oaks Area

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1.

Section 7.24.870 is hereby added to the San Mateo County Ordinance Code establishing a time limited parking zone on a portion of Charter Street County Road No. 1421, to read as follows:

Section 7.24.870 CHARTER STREET, COUNTY ROAD NO. 1421

1.

One (1) hour limited parking on the northerly side of Charter Street, County Road 1421, from a point 148 feet west of the intersection of said Charter Street and Bay Road, to a point approximately 218 feet westerly of said intersection, a total distance of 70 feet.

SECTION 2.

Section 7.24.880 hereby added to the San Mateo County Ordinance Code establishing a time limited parking zone on a portion of Charter Street, County Road No. 1421, to read as follows:

Section 7.24.880 CHARTER STREET, COUNTY ROAD NO. 1421

Twenty (20) minute limited parking on the southerly side of Charter Street, County Road 1421, from a point 60 feet west of the intersection of said Charter Street and Bay Road, to a point approximately 140 feet westerly of said intersection, a total distance of 80 feet.

SECTION 3.

This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from the passage date thereof.
