RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION

FROM THE SAN MATEO COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION FOUNDATION

IN THE AMOUNT OF $35,110 FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO A PORTION OF THE OFFICE AT FLOOD COUNTY PARK

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the San Mateo County Parks Foundation (Foundation) has raised $35,110 in donations for improvements to a portion of the office at Flood County Park; and

WHEREAS, the County under an Agreement provides the Foundation office space at Flood County Park for $1.00 per year; and

WHEREAS, the Foundation has been located in a portion of the office at the Flood County Park for the past five years and anticipates remaining at that site;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the

San Mateo County Board of Supervisors by adoption of this resolution hereby approves the acceptance of the San Mateo County Parks and Recreation Foundation donation for Improvements to a Portion of the Office at Flood County Park in the amount of $35,110; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Director of the Environmental Services

Agency of the County of San Mateo accepts the funds, uses the aforementioned funds for the specified project and executes any agreements or other documents related to the donation and subject projects.
