Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement for the
Installation of a Retaining Wall - Lands of Anderson

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, Lorraine P. Anderson is the owner of real property in the County of San Mateo, State of California, and has requested the issuance of an Encroachment Permit from the County to install a retaining wall (encroachment) in the Devonshire Boulevard and Chesham Avenue rights-of-ways; and

WHEREAS, Permittee has agreed to execute an agreement to maintain, repair, relocate or remove said encroachment at Permittee's expense upon demand of County; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that said agreement be approved and this Board has considered the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said Agreement by and between the County of San Mateo and Lorraine P. Anderson is hereby approved, and the President and the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors be, and they are hereby, authorized to sign name for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo.
