Resolution Reappointing Helen Fisicaro and Emanuele Damonte to the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee for the Term of April 1, 2004 to March 31, 2008

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, acting as the governing board of the San Mateo County Flood Control District (Flood Control District), that

WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Colma has recommended the reappointment of Helen Fisicaro to represent the Town at the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee; and

WHEREAS, Emanuele Damonte has requested that he be reappointed as an "at large" member to the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that Ms. Fisicaro and
Mr. Damonte be reappointed; and

WHEREAS, this Board has considered the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:

1.

Helen Fisicaro is hereby reappointed as the representative of the Town of Colma to the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee for the term expiring on
March 31, 2008; and

2.

Emanuele Damonte, who resides in the City of South San Francisco, is hereby reappointed to the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee as a member-at-large for the term expiring March 31, 2008.
