RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF DALY CITY, BAYSHORE SCHOOL DISTRICT, BRISBANE SCHOOL DISTRICT, JEFFERSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT, AND SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the City of Daly City Peninsula Partnership Collaborative was formed in 1995 with the mission to promote and facilitate collaborative efforts to ensure that young children and their families have access to the health education and social services they need to be successful in school and in life; and

WHEREAS, is necessary and desirable that the Parties enter into an Agreement to establish a collaborative effort to support and expand the Daly City Peninsula Partnership Collaborative in the amount of $430,000 for FY 2004-06; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such Agreement and said Board has examined and approved same as to both form and content and desires to enter into same.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto.
