RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION OF A 27 FOOT RESCUE BOAT

FROM DAVID M. CRISP

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, David M. Crisp wishes to donate a 27 foot security boat to the Sheriff’s Office Marine Unit; and

WHEREAS, said donation will be used to perform search and rescue operations along the coastline and bayside of San Mateo County; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been requested by the Sheriff to accept said donation for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and finds it necessary and desirable to do so; and

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that this Board of Supervisors hereby accepts said donation to the Sheriff’s Office for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and hereby offers its thanks to David M. Crisp for his generous donation towards enhancing the safety of San Mateo County citizens.
