Resolution (066953) authorizing an agreement with the Mental Health Association of Alameda County to provide advocacy services on behalf of the Mental Health Services Division of the Health Services Agency for FY 2004-05, in the amount of $149,248

An agreement with Family Housing and Adult Resources (FHAR) for the operation and management of a Group Home for the Developmentally Disabled located at 2101 Oakley Avenue, Menlo Park area for the term of September 1, 2004 through August 31, 2014

 

B)

The Director of the Human Services Agency to execute subsequent amendments and minor modifications in the types of services and activities provided by FHAR under the agreement

PUBLIC WORKS

30.

Resolution (066958): (continued from the meeting of September 14, 2004)

 

A)

Finding that a majority protest, as defined by Section 53570 et. seq. of the Government Code, objecting to the assessment of costs to maintain street trees along the Alameda de las Pulgas generally between Ashton Avenue and Harkins Avenue, does not exist;

 

B)

Directing the Director of Public Works to cause said assessments, as described in the ballots that were previously sent to each property owner within the area proposed to be included in the Alameda Street Tree Maintenance District (District), to be levied;

 

C)

Creating the District with the boundaries as described in the Resolution of Intention previously adopted by the Board; and

 

D)

Authorizing the Director of Public Works to use one-half cent Transportation Funds to finance the planting of street trees on the Alameda de las Pulgas within the District
