RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REGULATORY AGREEMENT
AND DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that:

 

WHEREAS, Kevin Palmer is the owner and developer of a property located at 321 Verde Road, Half Moon Bay, further identified as APN 066-320-170, and wishes to convert two existing single-family residential units to two affordable rental units on said property; and

 

WHEREAS, as a condition of approval (County File Number PLN 1999-00609) of said affordable housing rental units, Owner/Developer was required and has agreed to limit the use of said rental units to long-term affordable housing for very low, low and/or moderate income households; and

 

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of agreement to provide for the restriction of use on said rental units to long-term rental housing affordable to very low, low and/or moderate income households.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and the President is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on the behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President's signature thereto.
