RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY MANAGER TO NOTIFY AVNET COMPUTER IN WRITING OF THE COUNTY'S INTENT TO TERMINATE THE LEASE AGREEMENT AND ASSUME TITLE OF THE CORRESPONDING EQUIPMENT.

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance a request to authorize the County Manager to terminate and assume title of the corresponding equipment as authorized in the Original Agreement and subsequent Amendments between the County and Avnet Computer;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED

That the County Manager is authorized and directed to execute said written notification as is approved by the County Manager and the County Counsel for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo.
