RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OPERATING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY AND CALIFORNIA STATE PARKS FOR THE COUNTY TO MANAGE STATE PARK LANDS ON SAN BRUNO MOUNTAIN FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AGENCY TO EXECUTE THE OPERATING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY AND CALIFORNIA STATE PARKS

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance an Operating Agreement, reference to which is hereby made for particulars, whereby State of California, acting through the Department of Parks and Recreation, and County of San Mateo desire to re-enter into an Operating Agreement to provide for such care, maintenance and said control of the real property more particularly described in said Agreement; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such Agreement and said Board has examined and approved it as to form and content and desires to enter into same.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors approves the Operating Agreement between the County and California State Parks for the County to manage State Park lands on San Bruno Mountain for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo and authorizes the Director of the Environmental Services to execute the Operating Agreement.
