Resolution Appointing Julie Lancelle to the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee for the Term of April 1, 2004 to March 31, 2008

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, acting as the governing board of the San Mateo County Flood Control District (Flood Control District), that

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pacifica has recommended the appointment of Julie Lancelle to represent the City of Pacifica at the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that Ms. Lancelle be appointed; and

WHEREAS, this Board has considered the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that
Julie Lancelle is hereby appointed as the representative of the City of Pacifica to the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee for the term expiring on March 31, 2008.
