Resolution Accepting Coronado Avenue between Highway One and its Northeasterly Terminus into the County Maintained Road System - Miramar Area

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, this Board adopted Ordinance No. 03656 on June 6, 1995, which set forth conditions that would have to be met before considering the inclusion of roads in the Urban and Rural Residential Area as defined in the Local Coastal Plan, into the County maintained road system; and

WHEREAS, homeowners on Coronado Avenue east of Highway One have submitted a valid form of petition requesting that Coronado Avenue from Highway One to its northeasterly terminus, a distance of approximately 0.26 miles, be included into the County maintained road system; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has determined that said homeowners have met the conditions as set forth in Ordinance No. 03656.

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DETERMINED that Coronado Avenue from Highway One to its northeasterly terminus, as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby included into the County maintained road system.
