AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SAN MATEO COUNTY |

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows: |
SECTION 1. San Mateo County Ordinance Code, Division VI, Chapter 28.1 (Design Review Districts) is hereby amended, adding a new Section 6565.20 (Standards for the Design of One-family and Two-family Residential Development in the Midcoast) to read as shown on Exhibit "A," attached hereto. |
SECTION 2. San Mateo County Ordinance Code, Division VI, Chapter 28.1 (Design Review Districts) is hereby amended to renumber the existing Section 6565.20 (Standards for the Protection of Trees and Vegetation) to become Section 6565.21. |
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after the Coastal Commission has certified it, without modification, as conforming with the California Coastal Act. |
