Resolution Authorizing the Erection of Stop Signs at the Intersection of Hillside Road and Crest Drive - Emerald Lake Hills - Redwood City Area

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that traffic on Hillside Road and Crest Drive stop before entering the intersection of Hillside Road and Crest Drive in order to provide for the orderly flow of traffic through this intersection; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that stop signs be erected to stop said traffic on Hillside Road and Crest Drive for the purpose as described above; and

WHEREAS, this Board has considered the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to install stop signs on Hillside Road, County Road No. 411, and on Crest Drive, County Road No. 413, in order to direct traffic on Hillside Road and Crest Drive to stop and yield the right-of-way before entering the intersection of Hillside Road and Crest Drive.
