RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PHA PLAN FOR FY 2004 AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF HOUSING AND/OR THE MANAGER OF HOUSING OPERATIONS TO EXECUTE ANY DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT TO CERTIFY THE PHA PLAN FOR THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors sitting as the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo, State of California; that

WHEREAS, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that housing authorities adopt the PHA Plan for the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo which outlines the housing programs they intend to operate and how the programs will be operated; and

WHEREAS, HUD requires that a paper certification be submitted to document the plan was created according to the regulations; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed the PHA Plan for FY 2004.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT:

The PHA Plan for the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo for FY 2004 is approved and that the Director of the Office of Housing and/or the Manager of Housing Operations are authorized to submit the PHA Plan to the Department of Housing and Urban Development and to execute any documents required by HUD for certification.
