RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board a proposed schedule of fees to be charged for the use of the various facilities at the San Carlos and Half Moon Bay Airports, to be effective July 1, 2004; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that said fee schedule be adopted by this Board; and

WHEREAS, this Board has considered the recommendation of the Director of Public Works and the schedule of fees so presented.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that

1.

The fee schedule attached hereto and made a part hereof is adopted and shall be effective as of July 1, 2004.

2.

Additionally, hangar, tiedown, right-of-entry and transient fees shall be adjusted each succeeding July 1, through July 1, 2007, by the increase or decrease in the Bay Area Consumer Price Index using 1988 as the base year, with said changes rounded down to the nearest dollar.

3.

Storage fees shall be increased $0.10 per square foot per month beginning July 1, 2004, and each succeeding July 1, through July 1, 2007, until they are comparable to the cost of public storage in the area surrounding the Airport or to a fee as determined by the Director of Public Works to insure that the storage areas remained rented.

4.

Security fees shall be reviewed each succeeding July 1, through July 1, 2007, and increased or decreased in dollar increments to cover actual costs of Security Services at San Carlos Airport.

5.

Fees established by this resolution shall remain in full force and effect until changed by the mechanisms as described in this resolution or modified by an action of this Board of Supervisors.
