Resolution Authorizing the Erection of Stop Signs on Spring Street at Barron Avenue, North Fair Oaks

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that:

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that stop signs be erected on Spring Street at its intersection with Barron Avenue; and

WHEREAS, this Board finds it necessary and desirable that said stop signs be erected as recommended by the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Director of Public Works shall install stop signs on Spring Street, County Road No. 660-B, at its intersection with Barron Avenue, County Road No. 668, in order to require drivers of vehicles to stop before entering said intersection as required by Section 22450 et. seq. of the State of California Vehicle Code.
