An Ordinance Revising Paragraph 5.b.(2) of Section 7010 of the Subdivision Ordinance and Adding Section 2.52.190 to the San Mateo County Ordinance Code Establishing Fees for Checking Records of Surveys

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:
|
|
|
SECTION 1.
|
Paragraph 5.b(2) of Section 7010 the Subdivision Ordinance is hereby revised to read as follows: The County shall charge a fee as described in Section 2.52.190 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code for the checking of records of surveys.
|
|
|
SECTION 2.
|
Section 2.52.190 is hereby added to the San Mateo County Ordinance Code and shall read as follows:
|
|
|
|
|
Section 2.52.190, Record of Survey Map Checking Fees - the County shall collect the following fees for checking Records of Surveys:
|
|
|
|
|
|
a.
|
Single Sheet Survey - $188 which shall include the review of the original submittal and the review of one re-submittal.
|
|
|
|
|
|
b.
|
Multi Sheet Survey - $188 for the first sheet and $82 per sheet for each additional sheet, which shall include the review of the original submittal and the review of one re-submittal.
|
|
|
|
|
|
c.
|
Additional Reviews - The County shall collect an additional $80 per sheet for every additional re-review after the initial re-review of a record of survey.
|
|
|
|
|
|
d.
|
No work on reviewing or re-reviewing a record of survey will be done until after the required fees have been collected.
|
|
|
SECTION 3.
|
This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from the passage date thereof.
