RESOLUTION BY THE SAN MATEO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AUTHORIZING THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE TO SUBMIT

AN APPLICATION UNDER THE STATE OFFICE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLANNING ANTI DRUG ABUSE PROGRAM TO FUND THE COUNTYWIDE NARCOTICS TASK FORCE

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, that:

WHEREAS, the Sheriff’s Office is authorized to submit a grant application to the State Governor’s Office of Emergency Services Byrne Anti-Drug Abuse Enforcement Program to provide funding to the Countywide Narcotics Task force in the amount of $382,010.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED

that the County of San Mateo Board of Supervisors authorizes the San Mateo County Sheriff as agent of the County of San Mateo to execute and submit all documents, including but not limited to application, agreements, amendments, and payment requests, which may be necessary for the completion of the aforementioned project.
