An Ordinance Adding Section 7.04.670 to the San Mateo County Ordinance Code Establishing a Prima Facie Speed Limit (25 MPH) on Sunshine Valley Road, County Road No. 91 – Montara Area

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ORDAINS as follows:

Section 1.

Section 7.04.670 SUNSHINE VALLEY ROAD, COUNTY ROAD NO. 91 – Twenty-Five Miles Per Hour. That portion of Sunshine Valley Road, County Road No. 91, between its intersection with Etheldore Street, County Road No. 105E, and its intersection with Harte Street, County Road No. 1095.

Section 2.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its passage.
