RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FIRST LEASE AMENDMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND DLC FOSTER CITY, LP AND TRITON ASSOCIATIONS, LLC AS TENANTS IN COMMON FOR WAREHOUSE SPACE AT 1164-1166 TRITON DRIVE, SUITE 200, FOSTER CITY, CALIFORNIA (LEASE NO. 1266)

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

 

WHEREAS, on June 8, 2004, the County of San Mateo and DLC Foster City, LP and Triton Associations, LLC as Tenant in Common, as authorized by Resolution No. 66677, entered into a Lease Agreement for warehouse space at 1164-1166 Triton Drive, Suite 200, Foster City, California; and

 

WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend that agreement to extend the term of the Lease through October 31, 2004 at the same monthly rent of $5,700.00; and

WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with the First Lease Amendment and has examined and approved same as to both form and content and desires to enter into same.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said First Lease Amendment for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto; and

 

IT IS FURTHER DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the County Manager or designee is hereby authorized to accept or execute on behalf of the County, any and all, amendments, options, notices, consents, approvals, terminations and documents in connection with the Lease as amended, except as otherwise provided by applicable law, including the County's Ordinance Code and Charter.
