Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement for the Installation of a Fence - Land of Cusenza - West Menlo Park Area

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, Mary Ann Cusenza (Permittee) is the owner of real property adjacent to Santa Cruz Avenue, and has requested an Encroachment Permit to install a fence in the right-of-way of Santa Cruz Avenue; and

WHEREAS, Permittee has agreed to execute a recorded agreement to maintain, repair, relocate or remove said encroachments at Permittee’s expense upon demand of County; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that an agreement between the County and Permitee be executed and this Board has considered the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED, that said Agreement by and between the County of San Mateo and Mary Ann Cusenza is hereby approved, and the President of this Board is hereby authorized and directed to sign said agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo.
