RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the reappointment of Supervisor Jerry Hill to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District Board of Directors. Term to expire January 24, 2009.

BACKGROUND:
|
Supervisor Jerry Hill’s four-year term of office on the Bay Area Air Quality Management District will expire on January 24, 2005. Supervisor Hill is eligible for an additional four-year term and in accordance with Health and Safety Code Sections 40221.5(a)(2) and 40222 a request for reappointment is being made.
