REVISED Board of Supervisors’ Meeting Schedule for Calendar Year 2005

Recommendation

Approve the revised Board of Supervisors’ meeting schedule for calendar year 2005.

Background

The Board of Supervisors’ meeting schedule for calendar year 2005 was approved on October 26, 2004. These approved meeting dates for the Board of Supervisors for next year was based on that assumption that CSAC would hold its annual meeting before Thanksgiving. The schedule for CSAC now calls for the annual conference to be held after Thanksgiving. In order to avoid scheduling a Board meeting during the CSAC conference week, it is recommended that the October 25^th and November 29^th meetings be canceled and a November 15^th meeting be added.
