AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SAN MATEO COUNTY ORDINANCE CODE (ZONING MAPS) TO REZONE PARCELS IN THE SELBY NEIGHBORHOOD (SEQUOIA TRACT) FROM “R-1/S-7” TO “R-1/S-74”

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

SECTION 1. Division VI, Part One, Chapter 2, Section 6115 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code (Zoning Maps) is hereby amended to change the zoning for that area shown within the boundaries on the attached map identified as Exhibit “A” from “R-1/S-7” to “R-1/S-74”.

SECTION 2. The provisions of this ordinance shall not apply to development that has fulfilled either of the following requirements before the effective date of this ordinance:

1.

A permit application for each development permit required by the County Zoning Regulations applicable to the proposed development has been submitted to the County, or

2.

A building permit application has been submitted to the County, if no development permit is required by the County Zoning Regulations.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after adoption by the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors.
