RESOLUTION APPROVING SALE BY AUCTION OF TAX DEFAULTED PROPERTY

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, taxes on the properties, described on the attached Exhibit A and Exhibit B, incorporated herein by reference, have been delinquent for at least six years; and

WHEREAS, the Revenue and Taxation Code authorizes the Tax Collector to sell tax-defaulted properties, after notifying the Board of his intent to sell and obtaining its approval; and

WHEREAS, the requisite notice has been given and the Board wishes to approve the sale;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors approves the sale by auction of property listed on Exhibit A and approves the sale by sealed bid of the property listed on Exhibit B, and the Tax Collector is directed to sell the property described in said notice in the manner provided by law.
