Resolution Designating No Parking Zones in Public Rights-Of-Ways

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

 

WHEREAS, the State of California Vehicle Code allows a local agency to establish no parking zones in public rights-of-ways; and

 

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that there is a continuing need for no parking zones that were previously considered by this Board and for new no parking zones to provide for the orderly movement of traffic; and

 

WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors had reviewed and concurs with the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:
