Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement with George Sundquist and Marion Sundquist for Improvements on Bishop Lane, Menlo Park Area

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that an agreement with George Sundquist and Marion Sundquist for construction of improvements in conjunction with a proposed subdivision at 40 Bishop Lane be approved; and

WHEREAS, a construction bond in the amount of $291,200 has been filed with the Director of Public Works to secure performance of and payment for constructing said improvements and to guarantee and warranty the work for one year following the completion and acceptance thereof; and

WHEREAS, this Board has considered the agreement and concurs with the recommendation of the Director of Public Works that the agreement should be approved.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED that said agreement by and between the County of San Mateo and George Sundquist and Marion Sundquist is hereby approved, and the President of this Board is hereby authorized to sign same and the Clerk of the Board shall attest to the President’s signature thereto.
