Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement between the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District and the Edgewood Sewer Maintenance District for the Transport of Sewage from Properties Within the Edgewood Sewer Maintenance District

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, acting as the governing board of the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District (District), that

WHEREAS, facilities of the District can be used to transport sewage that will be collected from properties within the Edgewood Sewer Maintenance District; and

WHEREAS, an agreement has been developed that provides for the transport of sewage from the Edgewood Sewer Maintenance District and the payment of costs associated with said transport of sewage through District facilities; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that the agreement be executed on behalf of the District and this Board has considered and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the District and the signature of the Clerk of the Board shall attest thereto.
