RECOMMENDATION:

Reappoint Marian Vanden Bosch to the San Mateo County Parks and Recreation Commission, with a term expiring 1/3/09.

BACKGROUND:
|
The Parks and Recreation Commission’s mission is to enhance park, recreational and educational opportunities for San Mateo County residents. The commission makes recommendations to the Board of Supervisors and County Manager in all matters concerning the construction and maintenance of the physical property under the jurisdiction of said commission.
Marian Vanden Bosch represents the fourth district and her term expired 12/31/04. I recommend that she be reappointed for another term, expiring 1/3/09.
