RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND HARRIS DESIGN INC. FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HUDDART/WUNDERLICH MASTER PLAN TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT BY $13,845 FOR A TOTAL OBLIGATION OF $113,685 AND EXTEND THE AGREEMENT DATE TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2005

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, both parties have entered into an agreement for the provision of consulting services by Harris Design Inc. for a period of April 12, 2004 to May 20, 2005, for a total obligation of $99,840; and

WHEREAS, both parties wish to amend the agreement for the provision of additional consulting services by Harris Design Inc. to facilitate a Trail Users Focus Group and third public workshop; and

WHEREAS, both parties now wish to amend the agreement to increase the amount by $13,845 for a total obligation of $113,685 and extend the agreement date to September 30, 2005; and

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Board of Supervisors hereby approves an amendment to the contract between the County of San Mateo and Harris Design, Inc. as herein described.
