Resolution Authorizing Acceptance of a Dedication of Five Feet of Right-of-Way for Roadway Purposes and Dedication of a Public Utility Easement –
PLN 2000 – 00765 – 3028 Oak Knoll Drive, Redwood City Area

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that the Right-of-Way Dedication and the Public Utility easement, as shown on the subdivision map entitled “Parcel Map P1029 Lands of Bay Area Luxury Homes / Oak Knoll VIII, LLC, San Mateo County, California”, and offered for dedication to the public, be accepted; and

WHEREAS, this Board finds that said Right-of-Way and Utility easement are necessary for present and prospective public use; and

WHEREAS, this Board concurs with the recommendation of the Director of Public Works that said Right-of-Way and Utility easement should be accepted on behalf of the public.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED, that the roadway dedication and Public utility easement, as shown on said parcel map, are hereby accepted on behalf of the public and the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized and directed to execute the appropriate certificate on said map and cause the map to be filed for record.
