THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
*RESOLUTION HONORING AND COMMENDING*

*LEE FINNEY* *ON HER RETIREMENT FROM IEDA*
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
*WHEREAS, Lee Finney has worked with the County of San Mateo since 1990 in the area of labor negotiations; and*

WHEREAS, Lee Finney has cultivated and maintained positive and productive relationships with representatives of organized labor representing a wide variety of occupations and professions – relationships characterized by trust and mutual respect; and

WHEREAS, Lee Finney has consistently provided advice and consultation to the County of San Mateo that led to the timely completion of labor negotiations and to labor agreements that were mutually beneficial to labor and the County; and

*WHEREAS, Lee Finney has offered suggestions and guidance that allowed the County and employee organizations to find “win-win” solutions to difficult problems*

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, hereby congratulates Lee Finney on her retirement from IEDA, and appreciates all the valuable work she has contributed to this community!
