RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN |

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that |
WHEREAS, the County, Colma Apartment Associates, L.P., and SamTrans wish to enter into an Agreement to provide 31 long-term affordable apartments at La Terrazza at Colma Station, a 153-unit residential/retail project located on El Camino Real on an unincorporated site owned by SamTrans adjacent to the Colma BART Station; and |
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance an Agreement, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars, whereby Colma BART Apartment Associates, L.P., will provide the 31 apartment units for very low income households at La Terrazza at Colma Station for a period of 55 years from the date the Agreement is recorded; and |
WHEREAS, this Board has examined and approved said Agreement as to both form and content and desires to enter into same. |
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto, and the County Manager, or his designee, is directed to record the executed agreement and all other necessary documents to complete the recordation. |
