Resolution Reappointing Robert Lorenzini to the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee for the Term of April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2009

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, acting as the governing board of the San Mateo County Flood Control District (Flood Control District), that

WHEREAS, Robert Lorenzini has requested that he be reappointed as an “at large” member to the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that Robert Lorenzini be reappointed; and

WHEREAS, this Board has considered and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that

Robert Lorenzini is hereby reappointed to the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee as a member-at-large for the term expiring March 31, 2009.
