The Housing Endowment and Regional Trust of San Mateo County (HEART) has been operating for just over a year, and in this short period of time it has achieved quite a few successes. It has raised over $5 million dollars from state and local public funds, and has released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the expenditure of these funds on an affordable housing project(s) in the County.
Chris Mohr, executive director of HEART and the Housing Leadership Council, would like to make a presentation to the Board of Supervisors to update and inform on these and other developments.
