Appoint Lt. Linda Franklin to represent the California Highway Patrol (CHP) to a term expiring March 31, 2009.

Appoint Dennis Haag, Fire Chief, City of Millbrae to represent Fire Service to a term expiring March 31, 2008.

Reappoint the following Emergency Medical Care Committee member to terms expiring March 31, 2008:

BACKGROUND:

The CHP have not had a representative on the Committee since their last representative, Lt. Randy Greer retired. The CHP have since nominated Lt. Linda Franklin to be their representative. Armando Muela is the San Mateo County Fire Chiefs current representative whose term has expired. The Fire Chiefs are requesting that Dennis Haag be appointed as their new representative. The reappointments have all been serving satisfactorily and are eligible for another term.
