Resolution Appointing Barry Nagel and Reappointing Michael Kaiser to the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee for the Term of April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2009

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, acting as the governing board of the San Mateo County Flood Control District (Flood Control District), that

WHEREAS, the South San Francisco City Council has recommended that Barry Nagel represent the City of South San Francisco on the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee; and

WHEREAS, the San Bruno City Council has recommended that Michael Kaiser be reappointed as a member of the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee to represent the City of San Bruno; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that Mr. Nagel be appointed and Mr. Kaiser be reappointed; and

WHEREAS, this Board has considered and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows:

1.

Barry Nagel is hereby appointed as the representative of the City of South San Francisco to the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee for the term expiring on March 31, 2009; and

2.

Michael Kaiser is hereby reappointed as the representative of the City of San Bruno to the Colma Creek Flood Control Zone Advisory Committee for the term expiring March 31, 2009.
