RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH LECKEY CONSULTING, LLC AND AUTHORIZING THE CONTROLLER TO EXECUTE SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance authorizing an amendment to the Agreement with Leckey Consulting, LLC, increasing the agreement amount by $25,000 for training and acceptance testing services and bringing the total not to exceed amount from $265,500 to $290,500; and authorizing the Controller to execute subsequent amendments and minor modifications to all agreements for the IFAS Upgrade Project not to exceed $25,000; and

WHEREAS, the term of this Agreement will still cover the period from September 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED

That this Board of Supervisors hereby adopts said Amendment to the Agreement with Leckey Consulting, LLC; and approves the Controller to execute subsequent amendments and minor modifications to all agreements for the IFAS Upgrade Project not to exceed $25,000.
